Delivery costs vary and are dependent on a number of factors, for example: the type or size of item and the delivery location.

We will contact you via telephone, email and/or sms text before your chosen delivery date to arrange and confirm delivery date which suits you. Orders will be dropped to the nearest accessible point of the property. Please make arrangements to accept delivery and have sufficient help available.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type of product ordered and whether it is an item that is carried in stock or a special order. Look out for the delivery times displayed on the product pages that act as a guide to delivery estimates.
Same Day Delivery

We deliver anywhere in the world wherever possible be it a single parcel or a shipping container of products.
Please contact us about your requirements and we will produce an estimate for different delivery options and quote you for possible insurance cover.
Check your delivery
At the point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered correspond with the number advised on the delivery note. Any discrepancies should be noted prior to the delivery crew's departure. We recommend that you completely check all of your items as soon as possible after delivery. Please open each box and check that everything is in good condition and is as ordered.
You can choose to collect your goods from our Distribution Centre - located at 95 Scrubs Lane, London NW10 6QU. Just give us 24 hours notice so we can get your order ready for you. When you collect you will need to provide identification and bring along the collection note which our team would have provided you.
Once it has been despatched from our distribution centre, you will be sent a confirmation email. This will include everything you need to know about our delivery company, who will then call you to arrange a suitable delivery time and keep you updated on the status of your order.
If your order is despatched using one of a courier you can track your order by using the tracking number. This lets you check the delivery status of items. You can also confirm when your item has been delivered. On most deliveries to an address in the UK, you can also see a copy of the signature we obtained.
